Precious Felder Gates, Attorney and Managing Owner
The Founder and Managing Owner of The Law Offices of Precious Felder, LLC d/b/a ENT Legal is an Atlanta native who founded her firm to provide effective, high-quality legal counsel to assist creatives, artists, writers and producers protect their rights.
Precious received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Music from Georgia State University and her Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. After working for a small boutique civil litigation firm as a student, Precious started her practice immediately out of law school. For her entertainment clients, she has negotiated six-figure deals in both music and TV/film. She provides aggressive, zealous advocacy for her litigation clients having successfully pursued copyright infringement, publicity and trademark claims against some of the industry’s most notable artists and record companies. Precious obtained her first multi-million dollar verdict just three years after graduating law school and has been a passionate litigator ever since.
Precious is a member of the Georgia Association of the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association, the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, and the Gate City Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before the Georgia state courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
In her free time, she enjoys live music, having been a member of the orchestra in college playing the bassoon. She is the mother of two beautiful girls and devotes her life to her family. Precious prides herself on being personable and relatable to all of her clients.
LaTesha Roberts, Office Manager
LaTesha Roberts, originally from Houston, Texas, moved to Georgia in 2020. LaTesha has prior professional legal experience to include office management and law office administration. She obtained her Associates Degree in Applied Science and Business Management. She has also pursued Paralegal Studies. She joined our team as a Legal Secretary to assist the firm with administrative practice management, scheduling, file organization and maintenance. After a year with the firm, she became one of the clients’ favorite liaisons, promoting her to Intake and Client Relations Manager. After proving her importance by contributing to the firm’s significant growth, she transitioned to become the firm’s Office Manager. Ms. Roberts oversees human resources, accounts receivables, accounts payables, office administration and marketing.
When she is not assisting the firm, she is busy being a full-time mom, who enjoys bowling and watching horror movies.
Rita Haley, Client Relations Specialist
Rita was born to a Liberian father and Russian Mother in Monrovia, Liberia and later spent her primary school years in New Jersey. She moved to Georgia to receive her diploma and attend Georgia State University. Rita finished college at Rowan University, majoring in Radio, Television and Film. She has also spent time in Guam and Texas. Rita has experience in the legal industry as an Intake Specialist and is. a skilled communicator and sales professional.
Rita successfully manages the firm’s client intake process, client relations programs and marketing. Rita is very personable, with a bright smile and welcoming spirit. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing and singing as a member of the Praise & Worship Ministry at her church.
Brieonna Wilcox, Of-Counsel
Brieonna Wilcox is a metro Atlanta native. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in sociology from Georgia State University. Upon completion, she furthered her education by receiving her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Howard University School of Law. Brieonna joined the firm as an intern in 2019. After graduating law school, Brieonna maintained her relationship with the firm, providing paralegal services, until eventually growing to an Associate Attorney position. She progressed her career in the areas of intellectual property and complex business transactions as in-house corporate counsel for large corporations. Brieonna is currently Of-Counsel to the firm and assists with trademark, copyright and contract related matters .
Brieonna is admitted to practice in the Georgia Superior Court, Georgia Court of Appeals and Georgia Supreme Court. She enjoys running, tennis, watching horror films, and trying new restaurants in her free time.
